摘要
[目的]探索三氟苯嘧啶与烯啶虫胺2者复配的合理性及2者复配后对褐飞虱的防效。[方法]依据杀虫剂室内活性测定标准,通过室内生物活性测定和田间防效试验进行测定。[结果]三氟苯嘧啶与烯啶虫胺之间联合作用表现为增效作用,最佳比例为1∶6。此比例下三氟苯嘧啶、烯啶虫胺复配制剂20 g/667m2对褐飞虱有较好的防效,施药后7 d防效高达90.30%,显著优于对照药剂10%三氟苯嘧啶SC和50%烯啶虫胺WG。[结论]三氟苯嘧啶与烯啶虫胺2者联合具有增效作用,可用于水稻田褐飞虱的防治。
[Aims] This study aims to evaluate the rationality and the control effect on brown planthopper, Nilaparvata lugens of trifluoropyrimidine in combination with nitenpyram. [ Methods ] According to the standard of guidelines for insecticide laboratory bioactivity test, the experiments were conducted in green house and field trials.[Results] Trifluoropyrimidine in combination with nitenpyram showed synergized effects, the optimal ratio was 1 to 6.The ratio of trifluoropyrimidine and nitenpyram(20 g/667 m2) showed excellent control effects on N. lugens and 90.30%control effect on N. lugens after sprayed 7 days. The effect difference was significant in compare with the control of trifluoropyrimidine 10% SC and nitenpyram 50% WG. [Conclusions] Trifluoropyrimidine in combination with nitenpyram showed synergized effects. They could be used to control N. lugens in paddy field.
