富水砂层再生水厂进水管线暗挖空推顶管施工技术 被引量:1

摘要 目前地下管线工程多采用非开挖方法施工,尤其是顶管法应用更为广泛,但在一些特殊情况下无法直接采用顶管法。某再生水厂粗格栅进水检查井段的进水管线工程施工中,采用暗挖衬砌+空推顶管的组合式施工方法,即先施作暗挖初支再进行人工空推顶管;对受力复杂节点制订处理措施,对管线坡度和轴向也提出了控制措施。 At present,most underground pipeline projects are constructed by non-excavation methods,especially the pipe jacking method is more widely used,but in some special cases,the pipe jacking method cannot be directly used.In construction of the water inlet pipeline of the coarse grid water inlet inspection well section of a reclaimed water plant,the combined construction method of underground excavation lining+aerial pushing jacking pipe was adopted,that is,the first branch of the underground excavation firstly and then the artificial aerial pushing jacking pipe was carried out;treatment measures were formulated for complex nodes under stress,and control measures are also proposed for pipeline slope and axial direction.
