摘要
北京首都机场线西延地铁项目为北京市首个非降水暗挖施工项目,施工中通过分析试验段注浆过程,梳理管线变形和地表隆起的原因,提出采用全断面深孔注浆加固砂质粉土地层时应重点调整控制注浆压力、每序注浆纵向长度、注浆孔位顺序和浆液调配比例,进行洞内、地表监测巡视,提前拟定应对措施,确保了每序全断面深孔注浆效果,避免或减弱了管线变形和地表隆起。
The west extension subway project of Beijing Capital Airport Line is the first nonprecipitation subsurface excavation construction project in Beijing.During the construction,the grouting process of the test section was analyzed to sort out the reasons for pipeline deformation and surface uplift,and it was proposed that when full-section deep-hole grouting is used to reinforce the sandy silt stratum,grouting pressure,longitudinal length of each sequence of grouting,sequence of grouting holes and proportion of grouting liquid should be adjusted and controlled,the cave and the surface should be monitored and patrolled,and countermeasures should be formulated in advance to ensure grouting effect of each sequence of full-section deep holes and avoid or reduce pipeline deformation and surface uplift.
