摘要
插板机插打塑料排水板促进软基加固时,为保证插板质量,需对塑料排水板的打设深度和回带长度进行监测。设计了基于PLC和编码器的自动监测系统,实现了对塑料排水板的打设深度和回带长度自动监测。实际应用表明,该自动化监测系统能以较高精度监测排水板的打设深度和回带长度,有效降低了监理人员的劳动强度,对提高工程质量大有裨益。
When using soft ground treatment equipment to insert plastic drainboard to accelerate the reinforcement of soft soil,it is necessary to monitor the installation depth and back-drawing length of the plastic drainboard to ensure the quality of soft soil reinforcement.An automatic monitoring system based on PLC and encoder was designed to monitor the installation depth and back-drawing length of the plastic drainboard.The practical application indicates that the automatic monitoring system can work with high accuracy.It has effectively reduced the labor intensity of the supervisor and is of great benefit to improving the quality of the project.
