摘要 教育大计,教师为本。高校发展,人才是第一资源,人才靠引进更靠培养。安康学院始终把教师队伍建设作为基础性工作,自觉遵循教育发展规律和教师成长规律,积极探索创新教师发展工作的机制体制,构建了“全员、全程、全要素”的教师发展模式,对教师职业能力提升发挥了引领和保障作用。 Teachers are the essentials in education.In the process of development,professionals are unique in all resources.It is important mutually to introduce and to foster the talented faculties.Ankang university always takes the construction of teachers as the basic work,consciously follows the laws of education and teachers’growth and development,actively explores and innovates the mechanism and system of teachers’development,and constructs the teacher development mode of“all staff,whole process and all elements”,which plays a leading and guarantee role in the promotion and development of teachers’professional ability.
