摘要
智能变电站作为电力系统发展的必然趋势,已经越来越受到关注和重视。智能设备比如合并单元、智能终端等智能设备的异常告警也会给系统的安全稳定运行带来一定的威胁及隐患。快速判断变电站现场智能设备的异常状态显得尤为重要,如果异常判断失误或处理不及时则可能会产生严重后果。本文针对一起220kV变电站智能终端异常告警案例,对智能终端出现异常告警的现象、智能终端异常影响范围及异常处理方法进行分析,并针对类似问题提出相应的防范措施。
The intelligent transformer substalion,as in exorable trend of the power system development,has been more and more paid attention to and regarded.The intelligent equipment such as abnormal warning of assembly unit,intelligent terminal and so on can also lead certain threat and hidden peril to safe and stable operation of the system.It is very important to quickly judge abnormal state of the intelligent equipment in the substation site.If abnormal judgement makes a slip or can not be handled,it can probably produce serious consequences.The paper analyses the abnormal warning example of the intelligent terminal of 220kV substation,abnormal warning phenomen on for the in telligent terminal,abnormal influence range and abnormal handling and puts forward relevant strict measures of similar problems.
