摘要
上海大都市圈是引导长三角城市群一体化发展的重要载体,目前正在积极构建“多层次、多中心、多节点”的空间功能体系和结构。为提升新城在上海大都市圈多中心结构体系中的节点地位,基于城市-区域规划理论和新发展格局要求,研判长三角区域空间格局演变形势,形成“导流、引流和集聚”的新城总体发展思路,在此基础上提出强化市域城镇体系间的网络化交通联系,优化新城与对外枢纽的锚固链接,创新城市交通服务和制度供给等新城交通发展对策。
New towns are the important nodes in the"multi-level,multi-center,and multi-node"spatial function system of the Shanghai metropolitan area.Based on the urban-regional planning theory and the requirements of the new development pattern,study and judge the evolution of the Yangtze River Delta's regional spatial pattern,and form the overall development idea of"diversion,drainage and agglomeration"of the new town.On this basis,new towns’transport development strategies are proposed,which include strengthening the network connection of the urban system,optimizing the anchor link between the new city and the external hub,and innovating the urban transportation service and system supply.
