摘要
针对某航天用6A02铝合金材质的高精度球体零件瓷质阳极氧化后表面粗糙度及圆度超差问题,通过梳理加工流程以及分析超差产品氧化膜的厚度、圆度、表面粗糙度和耐蚀性,得出主要原因是化学除油过程接触了腐蚀性溶液和阳极氧化膜过厚。在去掉化学除油和除灰工序,并对阳极氧化工艺参数进行优化后,不仅上述问题得以解决,而且产品顺利通过了飞行试验考核。
As for the problem of out-of-tolerance roughness and roundness of a high-precision spherical part made of 6A02 aluminum alloy for aerospace application after its ceramization by anodization,the process flow was examined,and the anodic oxide film thickness,roundness,surface roughness,and corrosion resistance of the defective products were analyzed.It was concluded that the main reasons were the exposure to corrosive media during chemical degreasing and excessive thickness of anodic oxide film.The said problem was solved by cancelling the chemical degreasing and bright dipping procedures,as well as optimizing the anodization process parameters,and the products successfully passed the flight assessment.
