摘要
篮球主要以PVC与PU为原料加以制作,但是其耐候性与耐磨性相对较差,吸湿性也相对较弱,对此本文阐述了一种耐磨性、耐候性、耐刮性较好,且可及时吸湿吸汗的高触感篮球用皮革及其制作方法,通过性能分析,结果表明,以改性凹凸棒土制备篮球皮革表面层,不仅可保障其耐磨性、耐刮性、耐候性,还可确保吸水性与整体触感,且弹性也相对充足。
Basketball is mainly made of PVC and PU,but its weatherability and abrasion resistance are relatively poor,and its moisture absorption is also relatively weak.This paper describes a kind of high touch basketball leather with good abrasion resistance,weatherability,scratch resistance,and timely moisture absorption and sweat absorption.Through performance analysis,the results show that the surface layer of basketball leather is prepared by modified attapulgite,It can not only ensure its wear resistance,scratch resistance and weather resistance,but also ensure water absorption and overall touch,and the elasticity is relatively sufficient.
