摘要
针对汽车转向臂轴喷油工序存在自动化程度低、喷油质量差等不足,设计了汽车转向臂轴环形喷油机及其控制系统。对汽车转向臂轴环形喷油机的机械系统进行了详细设计,包括自动喷油装置、动力环形滚筒线、回油盒等;采用可编程序控制器(PLC)作为控制系统的主控制器,实现多种规格汽车转向臂轴的自动喷油;依据汽车转向臂轴规格的不同,通过图形操作终端(GOT)设置和调整生产参数。该设备已投入实际生产使用,运行结果表明,整机性能稳定,运行状况良好,喷油周期为5 s,满足高柔性化、高效率、高质量的自动化生产要求。
Aiming at the low automation and poor oil spout quality in the oil spout process of automobile steering shaft,the annular oil spout machine and its control system of automobile steering shaft was designed.The mechanism system of the annular oil spout machine of automobile steering shaft was designed particularly,including automatic oil spout device,dynamic ring roller line,oil recovery box,and so on;PLC was used as the main controller of the control system to realize the automatic oil spout for various specifications of the automobile steering shaft;and based on the different specifications of the automobile steering shaft,GOT was used to set and adjust the process parameters.The equipment has been put into practical production and use,and the operation results show that the whole machine performance is stable,the operation condition is good,the cycle of oil spout is 5 s,which can meet the requirements of automatic production with high flexibility,high efficiency and high quality.
