摘要
试验旨在研究日粮中添加不同处理柑橘渣对肉鸡盲肠微生物的影响。选取21日龄爱拔益加(AA)肉鸡18只,随机分为3组(公、母各半)。对照组(Ⅰ组)肉鸡饲喂基础日粮,试验组(Ⅱ、Ⅲ组)肉鸡分别饲喂添加2.5%干燥粉碎的柑橘渣和2.5%青贮柑橘渣的基础日粮。试验期21 d。采用Illumina-Miseq平台高通量测序技术分析肉鸡盲肠微生物组成及多样性。结果显示,在门水平上,与Ⅰ组相比,Ⅱ组的放线菌门(Actinobacteria)丰度显著提高(P<0.05)。在属水平上,与Ⅰ组相比,Ⅲ组的瘤胃球菌属(Faecalibacterium)丰度显著提高(P<0.05);Ⅲ组的阿克曼菌属(Akkermansia)丰度相对于Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组有上升趋势(P>0.05);与Ⅲ组相比,Ⅱ组的乳杆菌属(Lactobacillus)丰度显著提高(P<0.05)。研究表明,日粮中添加2.5%干燥粉碎的柑橘渣能够提高肠道中乳杆菌属(Lactobacillus)和阿克曼菌属(Akkermansia)的丰度,其中乳杆菌属(Lactobacillus)的提高效果优于添加2.5%青贮柑橘渣;日粮中添加2.5%青贮柑橘渣能够提高阿克曼菌属(Akkermansia)的丰度。
The experiment was conducted to study the effect of citrus pulp on cecal microbiota of broiler.Eighteen21-day-old AA broiler were randomly divided into three groups,half male and half female in each group.The broilers in control group(groupⅠ)was fed with basal diet.The broilers in experimental groups(groupsⅡandⅢ)were fed the basal diet supplemented with 2.5%dried and crushed citrus pulp and 2.5%silage citrus pulp,respectively.The experiment was conducted for 21 d.High throughput sequencing technology of Illumina-Miseq platform used to analyze the composition and diversity of cecal microorganisms in broilers.The results showed that at the phylum level,compared with the control group,the abundance of Actinobacteria in groupⅡwas significantly higher than that of groupⅠ(P<0.05).At the genus level,compared with groupⅠ,the abundance of Faecalibacterium in groupⅢwas significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with groupⅠand groupⅡ,the abundance of Akkermansia in groupⅢhad an upward trend.Compared with groupⅢ,the abundance of Lactobacillus in groupⅡsignificantly increased(P<0.05).The experiment indicates that add2.5%dried and crushed citrus pulp to the diet can improve the abundance of beneficial bacteria such as Lactobacillus and Akkermansia,among which Lactobacillus is better than 2.5%silage citrus pulp.Add 2.5%silage citrus pulp to the diet can increase the abundance of Akkermansia.
