喀双隧洞T4勘探试验洞TBM脱困施工方案

摘要 喀双隧洞T4勘探试验洞采用TBM方法掘进施工,在施工过程中出现了卡机现象。结合场地地质情况确定后方拱架段0+699-0+717 m采用喷锚支护及径向固结注浆加固措施;侧顶护盾及刀盘周围采用化学注浆加固。围岩加固后启动机器使得机器脱困。 TBM method was adopted in the construction of T4 exploration test tunnel of Kashuang Tunnel,which resulted in machine jam.Combined with the geological conditions of the site,it is determined that the 0+699-0+717 m rear arch section is reinforced by shotcrete anchor support and radial consolidation grouting;the side top shield and cutterhead are reinforced by chemical grouting.After the reinforcement of surrounding rock,the machine starts and it makes the machine get rid of trouble.
