摘要
知识产权活动的源头在于知识产权创造。选择国内一些知识产权特色小镇,从“知识产权创造水平”与“创新产业聚集发展”的视角,依据生产成本、劳动力水平以及创新型企业发展水平这3个中间变量,通过构建结构方程模型,研究知识产权特色小镇的“知识产权创造水平”对“创新产业聚集发展”的作用机制。研究发现:知识产权创造水平的提升,对生产成本的降低、创新型企业发展水平和创新产业聚集发展有显著正向作用;生产成本的降低,对劳动力水平提升、创新产业聚集发展有显著正向作用;创新型企业发展水平的提升,对创新产业聚集发展、劳动力水平有显著正向作用;劳动力水平的提升,对创新产业聚集发展有显著正向作用。基于此结论,提出基于“知识产权创造水平”与“创新产业聚集发展”两者的作用机制,在此作用机制下对特色小镇的“创新型企业发展”和“创新产业聚集发展”的路径进行探讨。
The source of intellectual property activities lies in the creation of intellectual property.From the perspective of"intellectual property creation level"and"innovative industry cluster development",according to the three intermediate variables of production cost,labor force level and innovative enterprise development level,through the construction of structural equation model,this paper studies the mechanism of"intellectual property creation level"of towns with intellectual property characteristics to"innovative industry cluster development".It is found that the improvement of the level of intellectual property creation has a significant positive effect on the reduction of production cost,the development level of innovative enterprises and the development of innovation industry cluster;the reduction of production cost has a significant positive effect on the improvement of labor force level and the development of innovation industry cluster;the improvement of innovation enterprise development level has a significant effect on the development of innovation industry cluster and labor force level.The improvement of labor force level has a significant positive effect on the development of innovation industry cluster.Based on this conclusion,this paper puts forward a mechanism based on"the level of intellectual property creation"and"innovative industry cluster development".Under this mechanism,it discusses the path of"innovative enterprise development"and"innovative industry cluster development"of characteristic towns.
