核心力量练习在抖空竹运动中的价值分析 被引量:2

摘要 文章采用文献资料法和逻辑分析法等方法,以抖空竹运动为研究切入点,进行核心力量的概述介绍和抖空竹运动中核心力量的应用介绍,并指出抖空竹运动中平衡性应用的特征,在此基础上探究核心力量在抖空竹运动中练习的价值。研究结果表明核心力量练习对抖空竹运动有提高肌肉的力量传导速度,维持良好运动姿势;控制身体重心保持平衡,维持良好运动姿势;预防运动损伤,延长运动寿命等价值,对练习者进行抖空竹运动有重要意义。 To enhance the core strength training in the application of shaking diabolo exercise and practice value,rich shaking diabolo sports training methods,improve the quality of shaking diabolo exercise training,easy to shake the popularity of diabolo exercise,this study adopted the methods of documentary,logic analysis,to shake diabolo sports as the breakthrough point and the core strength of overview introduction and application of core strength shaking diabolo exercise,and points out that shaking diabolo exercise in balance,the characteristics of the application on this basis to explore the value of the core strength in the shaking diabolo exercise.The results show that core strength exercises can improve muscle strength conduction speed and maintain good posture for diabolo.Control the body center of gravity to maintain balance,maintain good posture;The value of preventing sports injury and prolonging sports life is of great significance for practitioners to carry out diabolo sports.
