摘要
钢包在热修的过程中,上水口拆除方式传统上是通过人工使用风镐打碎进行拆除,劳动强度大,不安全。针对这种情况,研制出了一种钢包上水口拔出机构拆除方式替代人工风镐打碎的方式。该机构投入使用后降低了工作强度,提高了劳动效率,保证了现场人员的安全。
In hot repair process of the ladle,the upper nozzle is manual dismantled with pneumatic pick in the traditional demolition method,which is high labor intensity and unsafe.In view of this situation,we developed a demolition method with drawing mechanism instead of the traditional demolition method.After the drawing mechanism is put into use,the work intensity is reduced,the work efficiency is improved and the personnel safety is guaranteed.
