摘要
本文涉及的是制革污泥进行资源化利用的技术,即对制革污水处理后产生的制革污泥进行资源化利用-制取沼气所做的探索,文中对制革生产、制革污水的处理、制革污泥的产生和特性等均有描述,笔者用自己研制的发酵设备对制革污泥进行了沼气发酵的操作,取得了良好的效果,其目的是减少制革污泥对环境造成的污染,并能产生一定的经济效益和社会效益。
This paper deals with the technology of resource utilization of tannery sludge.That is to explore the utilization of tannery sludge after tannery wastewater treatment to produce biogas.Tannery production, tannery wastewater treatment, production and characteristics of tannery sludge were described.Biogas fermentation of tannery sludge was carried out with the fermentation equipment developed by the author.Good results have been achieved.The purpose is to reduce the environmental pollution caused by tannery sludge, and can produce certain economic benefits and social benefits.
