摘要
为了观察运动过程中足底受力情况,为临床诊断及康复训练提供数据依据,根据足部结构及步态周期设计了采集硬件结构,以及分析计算软件,利用压电陶瓷力传感器内嵌于鞋垫进行数据采集,经过信号放大、滤波及图像差值处理后获取压力分布情况。经过实例数据测试,系统可获得准确的足底压力分布情况,并得出随着运动速度加快,足底压力峰值也会随之增加,于第1-3跖骨区域增幅最为明显。
In order to observe the movement process of plantar pressure,provide data basis for clinical diagnosis and rehabilitation training,collection hardware structure and the analysis and calculation software was designed according to the foot structure and gait cycle,using embedded piezoelectric force sensor in the insole for data acquisition,signal amplifying,filtering and image difference after processing to obtain stress distribution.Through the example data test,the system can obtain accurate plantar pressure distribution,and it is found that the plantar pressure peak will increase along with the acceleration of the movement speed,and the increase is most obvious in the 1-3 metatarsal region.
