摘要
文章以某城轨车辆充电机为研究对象,介绍其内部的结构布局,并按照IEC 61373-1999标准规定的模拟长寿命试验和冲击试验载荷条件,对建立的充电机虚拟样机进行随机振动疲劳耐久性和动态冲击强度仿真分析,最后利用实物样机的模拟长寿命试验和冲击振动试验对仿真结果进行验证。研究结果表明,该充电机的结构满足强度设计要求。
Taking an urban rail vehicle charger as the research object,this paper presents the internal structural layout of the charger,and it conducts simulation analyses of the random vibration fatigue durability as well as dynamic impact strength on the charger's virtual prototype established.These analyses are carried out according to the simulated long-life-cycle test and impact test load conditions specified in IEC 61373-1999.Finally,the simulation results are verified through the simulated long-life-cycle test and impact vibration test on the physical prototype.The findings show that the structure of the charger meets the requirements of strength design.
