摘要
针对胶轮路轨APM车辆横向平稳性较差问题,文章对现有APM车辆走行部结构进行分析,并以APM300型车辆走行部为例提出了一种单空气弹簧走行部的优化方案,即在转向驱动桥的轴桥中部设置一个大柔度的空气弹簧,由单空气弹簧提供悬挂系统的垂向和横向弹性。动力学仿真结果表明,该方案能够明显改善APM车辆的运行平稳性,并使车辆具有良好的曲线通过性能。
Aiming at the poor transverse stationarity of rubber tire railway APM vehicles,this paper analyzes the running gear structure of the existing APM vehicles,and presents a optimization scheme of running gear with single air spring for APM300 vehicle.A large flexibility air spring is installed in the center of the bridge of steering drive axle,which provides the vertical and transverse elasticity of the suspension system.The dynamics simulation results show that the scheme can obviously improve the running stationarity of APM vehicles,and make the vehicles have good curving performance.
