摘要
目的应用Meta分析法系统评价桂枝甘草龙骨牡蛎汤治疗室性早搏的临床疗效及安全性。方法通过计算机检索CBM、PubMed、中国知网、维普、万方等中英文数据库,检索时限为建库至2020年7月,检索关于桂枝甘草龙骨牡蛎汤治疗室性早搏的临床随机对照研究文献,经过文献筛选和质量评价提取有效研究,应用Rev Man 5.4分析软件对纳入文献进行Meta分析。结果经筛选最终本研究共纳入13篇临床随机对照研究,均为中文文献,总计1123例样本。Meta分析结果显示:与对照组相比,实验组的总有效率更高[RR=1.19,95%CI(1.13,1.25),P<0.000 01],室早发生总次数[MD=-359.21,95%CI(-749.97,128.03),P=0.02],中医证候积分[MD=-7.26,95%CI(-9.58,-4.93),P=0.02],不良反应发生率[RR=0.39,95%CI(0.25,0.61),P<0.000 1]更低。结论桂枝甘草龙骨牡蛎汤治疗室性早搏具有较好的临床疗效及安全性,所纳入文献总体质量偏低,因此仍需更多的大样本、多中心的随机对照试验提供更多的循证依据。
Objective To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Guizhi Gancao Longgu Muli Decoction(桂枝甘草龙骨牡蛎汤) in the treatment of premature ventricular contractions by using Meta-analysis method.Methods Chinese and English databases such as CBM, PubMed, CNKI, Weipu and Wanfang were retrieved by computer from July 2020. The literature on clinical randomized controlled studies of Guizhi Gancao Longgu Muli Decoction in the treatment of ventricular premature beats was retrieved. Effective studies were extracted through literature screening and quality evaluation. Meta-analysis of the included literature was conducted using Rev Man5.4 analysis software.Results After screening, 13 clinical randomized controlled studies were included in this study, all of which were Chinese literature, totaling 1123 samples.Meta-analysis results showed thatcompared with those of the control group, the total effective rate was higher in the experimental group[RR=1.19, 95%CI(1.13, 1.25), P<0.000 01], the total number of premature ventricular events[MD=-359.21, 95%CI(-749.97,128.03), P=0.02], the TCM syndrome score[MD=-7.26, 95%CI(-9.58,-4.93), P=0.02]and the incidence of adverse reactions[RR=0.0.39, 95%CI(0.25, 0.61), P<0.000 1) were lower.Conclusion Guizhi Gancao Longgu Muli Decoction has good clinical efficacy and safety in the treatment of ventricular premature beats. The overall quality of the included literature is low. Therefore, more large-sample, multi-center randomized controlled trials are still needed to provide more evidence-based evidence.
