摘要
通过探讨经皮冠状动脉介入手术(PCI)术后心绞痛合并血糖代谢异常的共同致病机制,寻找更为合适的中医治疗角度与方法。文章从中医基础脏象理论出发,结合古籍文献与现代研究及PCI合并血糖代谢异常患者的临床症状,基于辨证论治的理念,提出PCI术后心绞痛合并血糖代谢异常的中医病机与辨治理论。
To explore the common pathogenesis of angina pectoris combined with abnormal blood glucose metabolism after PCI, and to find a more appropriate treatment angle and method of Traditional Chinese medicine. Starting from the basic visceral theory of Traditional Chinese medicine, combining ancient literature and modern research, as well as the clinical symptoms of patients with PCI combined with abnormal blood glucose metabolism, based on the concept of syndrome differentiation and treatment, the traditional Chinese medicine pathogenesis of angina pectoris combined with abnormal blood glucose metabolism after PCI is proposed And the theory of differentiation and treatment.
