摘要
目的探究血清及脑脊液S-100β蛋白(S-100β)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、髓鞘碱性蛋白(MBP)联合可溶性细胞间黏附分子-l(slCAM-1)评估病毒性脑炎儿童神经功能的价值。方法选取2018年6月-2019年12月河南科技大学第一附属医院神经内科收治的病毒性脑炎患儿130例。根据临床表现分为无障碍组(中枢神经功能无障碍,68例)和障碍组(中枢神经功能障碍,62例)。观察各组S-100β、NSE、MBP、slCAM-1水平对患儿神经功能的评估价值。结果障碍组血清及脑脊液S-100β、NSE、MBP、slCAM-1水平高于无障碍组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。四项联合检测敏感度、特异度高于各项单项检测,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清及脑脊液S-100β、NSE、MBP联合slCAM-1与病毒性脑炎儿童神经功能密切相关。检测四项在血清及脑脊液中水平高低有利于评估患儿神经功能情况。
Objective:To explore the value of serum and cerebrospinal fluid S-100β,NSE,MBP combined with sICAM-1in evaluating the neurological function of children with viral encephalitis.Methods:A total of 130 children with viral encepha-litis who were admitted to the Department of Neurology in our hospital from June 2018 to December 2019 were selected.Acconding to the clinical manifestations,they were divided into the barrier-free group(without central nervous function barrier,68 cases)and the barrier group(wih central nervous system dysfunction,62 cascs).The evaluation of the values of S-100β,NSE,MBP,sICAM-l levels in the children with neurological function in each group was made.Results:The levels of S-100β,NSE,MBP and sICAM-l in serum and cerebrospinal fluid of the barier group were higher than those of the barriergroup(P<0.05).The sensitivity and specificity of the four combined tests were higher than those of the individual tests(P<0.05).Conclusion;Senum and cerebrospinal fluid S-100β,NSE,MBP combined with sICAM-1 are closely relatedl to theneurological function of children with viral encephalitis.The detection of the levels of four items in serum and cerebrospinalfluid is helpful for the assessment of the neurological function of children.
