斜拉桥上动车组交会及制动、启停试验设计与实施 被引量:2

摘要 在福平铁路平潭海峡公铁两用大桥大跨度钢桁梁斜拉桥上开展动车组交会及制动、启停试验,获得最高交会速度200 km/h的"车-桥"动力响应数据,掌握桥上动车组80 km/h紧急制动原始试验资料。根据牵引仿真分析结果及现场调研资料,对试验进行科学规划和合理设计,编制可操纵的实施方案和试验计划。经实践检验,动车组实际交会位置可控制在目标交会位置±15 m内,制动停车位置可控制在目标停车位置的-15 m~+5 m内,与试验预设目标交会位置基本吻合。对试验组织、关键测试参数、实施要点等进行疏理,为今后同类试验提供参考。 The meeting and brake start-stop tests of EMUs were carried out on the long-span steel truss girder cable-stayed bridge of Pingtan Strait Rail-Road Bridge of Fuzhou-Pingtan Railway.The train-bridge dynamic response data of the highest meeting speed of 200 km/h and the original test data of 80 km/h emergency braking of EMUs on the bridge were obtained.According to the results of traction simulation analysis and field investigation data,scientific planning and reasonable design are carried out for the test,and the operable implementation scheme and test plan are worked out.Through practice test,the actual meeting position of EMUs can be controlled within±15 m of the target meeting position,and the brake stop position can be controlled within-15 m~+5 m of the target stop position,which is basically consistent with the preset target meeting position.This paper overviews the organization and implementation of the test,matters needing attention,key test parameters and key operation points,providing a valuable reference for similar tests in the future.
