摘要
目的探析知信行健康教育模式在脑卒中患者护理中的应用效果。方法将大连医科大学附属第一医院金普院区2016年1月—2020年12月收治的58例应用常规护理的脑卒中患者纳入对照组,另收集同期58例应用知信行健康教育模式的脑卒中患者纳入观察组。比较2组干预前、干预3个月结束时知信行评分量表(KAP)和日常生活活动能力[巴塞尔指数(BI)评分]。结果干预3个月结束时,2组KAP评分均较干预前高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预3个月结束时,2组BI评分均较干预前高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论知信行健康教育模式可增强脑卒中患者康复信心,提高患者日常生活活动能力。
Objective To analyze the application effect of the knowledge,belief,behavior,and health education model in the nursing of stroke patients.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed.The data of 58 stroke patients who were treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2020 who were treated with routine care were included in the control group.The data of 58 stroke patients who used the knowledge,letter and behavior health education model were also collected during the same period,Into the observation group.Before the intervention and at the end of 3 months of the intervention,the KAP and activities of daily living[Pap Scale(BI)score]were compared between the two groups.Results At the end of the intervention for 3 months,the KAP scores of the two groups were higher than before the intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);at the end of the intervention for 3 months,the BI scores of the two groups were higher than those before the intervention High,and the observation group is higher than the control group,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The health education model of knowledge,belief and practice can enhance the recovery confidence of stroke patients and improve their activities of daily living.
