摘要
黑龙江省黑河市拥有多个少数民族的非遗艺术及历史文化,丰富的红色文化资源,有着广阔的文化艺术产业发展空间。黑河地区具备发展文化艺术产业化的基础条件:黑河市内拥有文化艺术智能产出的省属高校黑河学院,以及艺术表演专业院团;黑河地区拥有鄂伦春、达斡尔等少数民族非遗文化艺术,以及筑城“岩画”古迹等人文资源。可以形成传统工艺文创产品、高校服务社会、政府社会、高校合力、国际化等发展模式。
Heihe City of Heilongjiang Province has intangible cultural heritage art and historical culture concerning many ethnic minorities,as well as rich red cultural resources,thus having a broad space for developing the cultural and art industry.The Heihe area acquires the basic conditions for developing the industrialization of culture and art:Heihe University,a provincial university,is capable of taking the intelligent output of culture and art with the professional troupes of taking art performance;the Heihe area has intangible cultural and artistic heritage of Oroqen,Daur and other ethnic minorities,as well as cultural resources such as rock paintings for city building.To this end,the international development mode can be formed in traditional craft cultural and creative products by the university’s serving the society,making collaboration of the government,society,and university.
