摘要
目的:探讨程序性细胞死亡受体1(PD-1)蛋白表达水平与宫颈癌患者相关病理学参数的关联性及临床意义。方法:选取2017年9月~2020年9月我院63例宫颈癌患者作为研究组,另选取66例宫颈癌前病变患者作为对照组。统计两组及不同病理学参数PD-1蛋白阳性表达率,Pearson分析PD-1蛋白阳性率与病理学参数相关性。结果:研究组PD-1蛋白阳性表达率61.90%高于对照组(13.64%,P<0.05);不同FIGO分期、肿瘤直径、分化程度、淋巴结转移PD-1蛋白阳性率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Spearman相关性分析显示,PD-1蛋白阳性表达率与FIGO分期(r值=0.638)、淋巴结转移(r值=0.601)、肿瘤直径(r值=0.592)呈正相关,与分化程度(r值=-0.567)呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论:宫颈癌患者组织PD-1蛋白表达与FIGO分期、肿瘤直径、分化程度、淋巴结转移密切相关,检测其表达情况有助于评估宫颈癌病情,指导临床诊治。
Objective:To investigate the correlation between the expression of programmed cell death receptor-1(PD-1)protein and pathological parameters in patients with cervical cancer.Methods:63 patients with cervical cancer in our hospital from September 2017 to September 2020 were selected as the study group,and 66 patients with cervical precancerous lesions were selected as the control group.The positive expression rate of PD-1 protein in the two groups and different pathological parameters were counted.Pearson analysis was used to analyze the correlation between the positive rate of PD-1 protein and pathological parameters.Results:The positive expression rate of PD-1 protein in the study group was 61.90%,which was higher than that in the control group(13.64%,P<0.05);the difference was statistically significant in different FIGO stages,tumor diameter,degree of differentiation and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05);Spearman correlation analysis showed that the positive expression rate of PD-1 protein was correlated with FIGO stage(r=0.638),lymph node metastasis(r=0.601)and tumor diameter (592)and negatively correlated with the degree of differentiation(r=-0.567)(P<0.05).Conclusion:The expression of PD-1 protein in cervical cancer is closely related to FIGO stage,tumor diameter,differentiation degree and lymph node metastasis.Detection of PD-1 protein expression is helpful to evaluate the condition of cervical cancer and guide clinical diagnosis and treatment.
