摘要
采用微波法,以天然鳞片石墨为原料制备膨胀石墨,按一定配比与膨润土复配制得膨润土/膨胀石墨复合吸附剂,采用红外光谱仪、X射线衍射仪和扫描电镜等进行表征,表明膨润土与膨胀石墨复配成功。探究膨润土与膨胀石墨的质量配比、吸附剂用量、刚果红溶液浓度、吸附时间等条件对复合吸附剂吸附性能的影响。结果表明,膨润土与膨胀石墨质量比为0.9∶1,吸附剂用量为0.75 g/L,刚果红质量浓度为250 mg/L,在30℃条件下吸附60 min,吸附效果最佳,脱色率为96%。动力学数据分析表明,拉格尔格伦(Lagergren)准二级动力学方程能更好地描述吸附过程;朗格缪尔(Langmuir)等温吸附方程拟合度更好,且平衡吸附量与Langmuir等温吸附拟合参数更接近,膨润土/膨胀石墨对刚果红的吸附过程为单分子层吸附。
Use natural flake graphite as raw material to prepare expanded graphite by microwave method,then the composite adsorbent of bentonite/expanded graphite was prepared by mixing expanded graphite with bentonite in a certain proportion,and characterized by FTIR,XRD and SEM.The results show that the mixture of bentonite and expanded graphite is successful.The effects of the mass ratio of bentonite and expanded graphite,the dosage of adsorbent,the concentration of Congo red dye and the adsorption time on the adsorption performance of composite adsorbent were investigated.The results show that the adsorption rate is about 96%,when the mass ratio of bentonite to expanded graphite is 0.9∶1,the adsorbent dosage is 0.75 g/L,the concentration of Congo red dye is 250 mg/L,the adsorption time is 60 min at 30℃.The kinetic data show that the adsorption process accords with Lagergren-second-order kinetic model.The equilibrium adsorption capacity is closer to the Langmuir isothermal adsorption fitting parameter,the adsorption process of bentonite/expanded graphite on Congo red is single-molecule layer adsorption.
