摘要
目的:了解上海中医药大学附属龙华医院(以下简称“我院”)石氏伤科治疗颈椎病制剂鹿灵活络合剂的门诊使用情况,为临床用药提供参考,促进合理用药,便于收集人用经验证据,推动其二次开发。方法:借助软件从医院信息系统抽取2018—2019年我院门诊使用鹿灵活络合剂的处方2279张,进行处方专项点评,重点分析适应证、用法与用量等方面。结果:2279张门诊鹿灵活络合剂处方中,诊断书写不规范处方有293张(处方的诊断为“NA”),占12.86%;重复用药处方有22张,占0.97%;用法与用量不合理处方有203张,占8.91%,用法与用量书写不规范处方有23张(处方的用法与用量为“普通门诊”),占1.01%。结论:应加强鹿灵活络合剂的合理应用,开展相关研究形成人用经验证据,推动其向中药新药转化,促进石氏伤科传承发展。
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the outpatient application of Lulinghuoluo Oral Liquid for cervical spondylosis in Shi’s traumatology of Longhua Hospital,Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine(hereinafter referred to as“our hospital”),so as to provide reference for clinical drug application,promote the rational drug application,facilitate the collection of empirical evidence for human and promote the secondary development.METHODS:With the help of software,2279 prescriptions of Lulinghuoluo Oral Liquid for outpatients from 2018 to 2019 in our hospital were extracted from the hospital information system for special prescription review,with emphasis on the analysis of indications,usage and dosage.RESULTS:Among the 2279 outpatient prescriptions for Lulinghuoluo Oral Liquid,293 prescriptions were written with irregular diagnosis(prescriptions with the diagnosis of“NA”),accounting for 12.86%.There were 22 prescriptions of repeated medication,accounting for 0.97%;203 prescriptions with irrational usage and dosage,accounting for 8.91%,and 23 prescriptions were written with irregular usage and dosage(the usage and dosage of the prescription were“general outpatient service”),accounting for 1.01%.CONCLUSIONS:The rational application of Lulinghuoluo Oral Liquid should be strengthened,and relevant research should be carried out to form human empirical evidence,promote the transformation into new traditional Chinese medicine,and promote the inheritance and development of Shi’s traumatology.
