摘要
目的探究神经导航+管状脑牵开器在侧脑室脑膜瘤手术中的应用及对患者术后生存质量的影响。方法以2018年2月至2020年2月的80例侧脑室脑膜瘤手术患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和试验组,各40例。对照组手术中实施传统人工测量标记物定位+传统脑牵开器干预,试验组手术中实施神经导航+管状脑牵开器干预。分析两组治疗效果。结果试验组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的皮层切开长度、骨瓣面积小于对照组,住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。术后,两组的生活质量各项评分及总分均高于术前,且试验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论神经导航+管状脑牵开器在侧脑室脑膜瘤手术中的应用效果显著,能够降低患者的创伤程度及并发症发生率,缩短康复时间,显著改善其生存质量。
Objective To explore the application of neuronavigation and tubular brain retractor in the operation of lateral ventricular meningioma and its effect on postoperative quality of life of patients.Methods From February 2018 to February 2020,80 patients with lateral ventricular meningioma were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group performed traditional manual measurement marker positioning and traditional brain retractor intervention during operation,while the experimental group performed neuronavigation and tubular brain retractor intervention during operation.The treatment effect of the two groups was analyzed.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The length of cortical incision and the area of bone flap in the experimental group were less than those in the control group,and the hospital stay was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After operation,the quality of life scores and total score in the two groups were higher than those before operation,and those in the experimental group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The neuronavigation and tubular brain retractor in the operation of lateral ventricle meningioma has a significant application effect,which can reduce the degree of trauma and the incidence of complications,shorten the recovery time,and improve the quality of life of patients.
