机械零件三维模型的工程图表达教学探讨

摘要 工程图学课程最基本的教学任务是培养学生的工程图表达能力。随着机械三维CAD软件的几何建模被引入课程环节,工程图表达能力培养指导思想调整为从三维模型到二维工程图的表达。但学生很难综合应用各类表达方法和软件视图工具做出清楚、完整、规范的工程图。本文从主视图投影方向的选择、零件工程图表达一般原则、标准化和四大类零件表达方案推荐4个方面对这部分教学内容进行重新编排和深入挖掘,重新梳理的内容对提高学生从三维到二维的工程图表达能力有极大帮助。 The basic teaching task of engineering graphics course is to cultivate students'engineering drawing expression ability.With the introduction of geometric modeling of mechanical 3D CAD software into the course,the teaching ideas is transformed into drawing two-dimensional engineering drawing based on three-dimensional model.However,it is difficult for students to make clear,complete and standardized engineering drawings by using various expression methods and software view tools.This paper discusses this part of teaching content from four aspects including the choice of projection direction,general principles,standardization and recommended expression scheme of typical parts.This part of the content can improve students'engineering drawing expression ability from 3D to 2D.
