摘要
BOPPPS教学模式是一个“有效果”“有效率”“有效益”的能够促进学生积极参与课堂学习的教学模式,其包括引言环节、学习目标及结果、前测、交互式学习、评估、总结6个部分。而“工匠精神”是李克强总理在2016年《政府工作报告》中首次提出的,已经被升华为一种普遍的职业精神。经过总结和提炼,“工匠精神”的内涵可以概括为4个词:精益、敬业、专注和创新。而本研究基于“工匠精神”的理念,把BOPPPS教学模式作为实验组;应用在高职院校《儿科护理学》教学中对照组采用常规教学。结果显示实验组OSCE实训考核以及闭卷考核得分均高于对照组;而一般自我效能感量表(GSES)得分(21.64±3.45),对照组得分(17.43±3.57),实验组高于对照组。可见BOPPPS教学模式取得较好的效果,值得进一步推广。
BOPPPS teaching mode is an effective,efficient and effective teaching mode,which can promote students to actively participate in classroom learning.It includes six parts:introduction,learning objectives and results,pre-test,interactive learning,evaluation and summary.The term"craftsmanship spirit"was first proposed by Premier Li Keqiang in the 2016"government work report",which has been sublimated into a general professionalism.After summarizing and refining,the connotation of"craftsman spirit"can be summarized into four words:lean,dedicated,dedicated and innovative.In this study,based on the concept of"craftsman spirit",the BOPPPS teaching mode was applied in the teaching of pediatric nursing in higher vocational colleges,as the experimental group;the control group used conventional teaching.The results showed that the scores of OSCE practical training examination and closed book examination in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,while the scores of GSES(21.64±3.45)and control group(17.43±3.57)were higher in the experimental group than those in the control group.It can be seen that BOPPPS teaching mode has achieved good results and is worthy of further promotion.
