摘要
传统高架快速路施工通常使用现浇形式,针对其施工中存在的问题,提出了预制装配整体式高架快速路施工技术,介绍了预制桩、预制立柱、预制盖梁、预制箱梁等预制装配式结构在城镇快速化改造中的运用。新技术施工效果较好,在保证施工质量的同时,减少成本投入,缩短了工期,同时符合绿色环保要求,可为今后类似施工提供参考。
The traditional construction of elevated expressway usually uses cast-in-place form.In view of the problems existing in the construction,this paper puts forward the construction technology of prefabricated integral elevated expressway,and introduces the application of prefabricated structures such as precast piles,precast columns,precast bent caps and precast box girders in the rapid transformation of cities and towns.The construction effect of new tech no logy is good,while en suring the constructio n quality,reduci ng the cost investment,shorte ning the con structi on period,and meeting the requirements of green environmental protection,which can provide reference for similar construction in the future.
