摘要
当前现浇综合管廊施工中,传统施工工法多采用底板、侧墙和顶板分2次浇筑的方式,所涉及的钢筋绑扎、模板支设及混凝土浇筑也均分2次进行施工。对此,根据综合管廊的结构特点,阐述了综合管廊钢筋骨架和模板整体支设一次浇筑完成的施工新方法,以期为高速、优质、安全地建造综合管廊提供可靠的技术保证。
At present,in the construction of cast-in-place utility tunnel,the traditional construction method mostly adopts the method of pouring the bottom plate,side wall and top plate in two times,and the steel bar binding,formwork erection and concrete pouring are also carried out in two times.In this regard,according to the structural characteristics of the utility tunnel,this paper expounds the new construction method of one-time overall concrete pouring of reinforcement cage and formwork for the utility tunnel,so as to provide reliable technical guarantee for the construction of the utility tunnel with high speed,high quality and safety.
