工作井内滑移平台的设计制造与施工技术研究

摘要 上海崇明天然气隧道A线全长8.3 km,采用1台泥水平衡盾构机一次性掘进贯通。由于工程隧道掘进距离长、断面小,为了保证物料的长距离高效运输,采用了多列长编组的电机车运输方案。针对长兴岛始发工作井内空间狭小,且无地下室等多余空间安放电机车编组等问题,设计出一套盾构井口滑移平台装置,通过铺设多条轨道并结合机械化设备的操作方式实现工作井内电机车的重编组。总结的经验可供类似工程施工借鉴。 Line A of Chongming natural gas tunnel in Shanghai is 8.3 km in length,which is driven through by a slurry balanced shield machine at one time.Due to the long tunneling distance and small cross section of the engineering tunnel,in order to ensure the long-distanee and efficient transportation of materials,the electric locomotive transportation scheme with multiple long train marshalling is adopted.In view of the narrow space in the starting shaft of Changxing Island,and the lack of basement and other red undent space for the electric locomotive marshalling,a set of shield wellhead sliding platform device is designed to realize the remarshalling of the electric locomotive in the working shaft by laying multiple tracks and combining with the operation mode of mechanized equipment.The experience summarized can be used for reference in similar projects.
