摘要
随着中国工业体系日渐完善,原油产业已经成为保障社会经济持久健康发展的重要基础。原油生产过程存在诸多不稳定因素,其地面工程质量更是会对实际生产效率与产能有很大影响。此外,油田地面工程规模庞大,覆盖专业领域广泛,其对工程质量有着严苛要求,实际建设效率也与油田企业经济效益息息相关,因此,加快工程投运进度,强化油田地面工程项目验收十分重要,科学合理的地面工程验收策略对于油田后续发展更为关键。在文章中针对基于系统划分的油田地面工程项目验收与交付方法进行了探讨与分析。
With the increasing improvement of China’s industrial system,the crude oil industry has become an important foundation for ensuring the sustainable and healthy development of society and economy.There are many unstable factors in the crude oil production process,and the quality of its ground engineering will have a great impact on the actual production eff iciency and production capacity.In addition,the oilf ield ground engineering is large and covers a wide range of professional f ields,which has strict requirements for engineering quality.The actual construction eff iciency is also closely related to the economic benef its of oilf ield enterprises.Therefore,it is very important to accelerate the project operation progress,strengthen the acceptance of oilf ield ground engineering projects,and the scientif ic and reasonable ground engineering acceptance strategy is more key for the subsequent development of the oilf ield.In this paper,the author will conduct a preliminary discussion and analysis on the acceptance and delivery methods of the oilf ield ground engineering projects based on the system division.
