摘要
本文首先结合社会化与个体化视角,分析台湾社会非正式制度、个体资源禀赋对机会型创业的影响机理,并利用源于全球创业观察(GEM)成人人口调查(APS)数据库关于台湾地区2010-2016年14,029份有效样本非平衡面板数据,采用Probit模型进行实证检验,同时运用Logit、OLS估计方法进行对比测度;进而,基于机会型创业台胞的“原始创业观”,并结合大陆相对于机会型创业台胞的需求所存在的不足,就如何更好吸引台胞赴大陆从事机会型创业提出具有针对性的政策建议。研究发现,台湾地区社会非正式制度、个体资源禀赋对机会型创业有着显著影响;台湾地区个体能力禀赋比心理禀赋对机会型创业的影响力更强。为更好吸引台胞赴大陆从事机会型创业,建议大陆方面宜注重创业质量即机会型创业,按创业类别或技术难度实施梯度支持;注重非正式制度对机会型创业的吸引作用,加强非正式制度建设;注重个体能力禀赋对机会型创业的影响,提升创业者能力禀赋。
Firstly,this paper makes a detailed analysis of the influence mechanism of social informal institution and individual resource endowment on opportunity-driven entrepreneurship in Taiwan from the perspective of socialization and individualization,using Probit model for empirical test and Logit and OLS estimation methods for comparative measurement by means of the database about Adult Population Survey of Global Entrepreneurship Monitor on the unbalanced panel data of 14,029 valid samples in Taiwan from 2010 to 2016.And then,on the basis of the Taiwan Residents“original entrepreneurial view”of opportunity type entrepreneurs,and combined with the deficiency of the mainland's demand relative to the opportunity type entrepreneurial Taiwan compatriots,this paper puts forward some targeted policy suggestions on how to better attract Taiwan compatriots to engage in opportunity-driven entrepreneurship in the mainland.The findings show that both social informal institutions and individual resource endowment have a significant impact on opportunity-driven entrepreneurship in Taiwan,while individual ability endowment has stronger influence on opportunity-driven entrepreneurship than psychological endowments.Therefore,in order to better attract Taiwan compatriots to engage in opportunity-driven entrepreneurship in the mainland,it is recommended that the mainland should focus on entrepreneurial quality,that is,the opportunity-driven entrepreneurship and implement gradient support according to the type of entrepreneurship or technical difficulty.On the other hand,they should pay attention to the attraction of informal institution to opportunity-driven entrepre-neurship,strengthen informal institution construction,emphasize the influence of individual ability endowment on opportunity-driven entrepreneurship,and enhance the ability endowment of entrepreneurs.
