基于PBL的幼儿学习“五步法”建构

摘要 幼儿园课程改革对幼儿教育发展提出了新的挑战。对杭州湾新区300多名教师进行调研发现:教师队伍呈现年轻化,存在新手多、专业素养亟待提升等问题。PBL模式秉承“以问题为导向,培养学生自主学习能力”的教学理念,为幼儿园提供了解决问题的思路。在PBL模式的影响下,幼儿园通过多次微项目活动的实践,提炼出以提出问题—自主探究—协作解决—技术支持—评价分享为实施步骤的幼儿学习“五步法”,既符合幼儿身心发展规律及发展需要,又易于教师的理解与操作。 Kindergarten curriculum reform poses new challenges to the development of early childhood education.A survey of more than 300 teachers in Hangzhou Bay New District finds that the teaching team is becoming younger,that there are many problems such as novice and professional quality to be improved.PBL model adheres to the teaching concept of“problem-oriented,cultivating students’independent learning ability”,and provides the idea of solving problems for kindergartens.Under the influence of PBL model,through the practice of several micro-project activities,the kindergarten has extracted the“five-step method”for children’s learning,which takes the steps of question raising-independent inquiry-cooperative solution-technical support-evaluation and sharing as the implementation process,which not only meets the physical and mental development laws and development needs of children,but also is easy for teachers to understand and operate.
