摘要
EPC项目建设普遍具有建设周期长、参建方多、项目管理复杂度高的特点,先进的项目管理软件是提升项目管理水平的有力工具。该文通过笔者对电建企业EPC工程项目信息化管理的认识,结合工程实际,重点从设计文件、供应链(含采购、物流、仓储)、施工管理等方面进行信息化管理的探讨与实践,从而实现电力建设EPC全生命周期的合理管控。
EPC project construction generally has the characteristics of long construction period,many participants and high complexity of project management.Advanced project management software is a powerful tool to improve the level of project management.Based on the author’s understanding of EPC project information management of power construction,combined with engineering practice,this paper focuses on the discussion and practice of information management from design documents,supply chain (including procurement,logistics,warehousing),construction management and other aspects,so as to realize the reasonable management and control of the whole life cycle of power construction EPC.
