摘要 自飞机问世以来,螺旋桨就是飞机上不可缺少的动力装置,虽然动力并非螺旋桨产生,而是由发动机消耗化石燃料使活塞做往复运动推动曲轴后带动螺旋桨旋转,但目前通用航空而言,螺旋桨的作用无可替代。作为飞机上动力装置的核心部件之一,深入理解并分析螺旋桨工作原理和故障现象,有利于保障航空器正常运行和机务人员以及驾驶员正常开展维护和飞行训练任务,应对突发状况时更加合理处理特情的作用也十分明显。该文通过对螺旋桨和相关部件的电路与油路系统分析,结合日常故障表现和定检维护中发现的问题对螺旋桨进行深入的分析,同时为相关工作人员提供一定参考。 Since the advent of the aircraft,the propeller is an indispensable power device on the aircraft.Although the fundamental power is not generated by the propeller,but by the engine consuming fossil fuel to make the piston do reciprocating motion to drive the crankshaft and then drive the propeller to rotate,there is no place for the general aviation aircraft without propeller,and its role is irreplaceable.As one of the core components of the aircraft power plant,in-depth understanding and analysis of the working principle and fault phenomenon of the propeller is conducive to ensuring the normal operation of the aircraft and the normal maintenance and flight training tasks of the maintenance personnel and pilots.It is also very important to deal with the emergency situation more reasonably.In this paper,through the analysis of the circuit and oil system of the propeller and related components,combined with the daily fault performance and the problems found in the regular inspection and maintenance,the propeller is deeply analyzed,and some reference is provided for the relevant staff.
