摘要
探讨了互联网环境下的高校学生管理模式优化对策。分析了互联网环境下高校学生的特点,具体表现在思想价值观念呈现多元化趋势,生活和学习方式呈现新的特点,思维逻辑和性格特征独特。提出了互联网环境下高校学生管理模式优化对策,即:运用多样化的管理形式,提升学生管理效率;建立良好的师生关系,加强教师与学生之间的沟通和交流;实施人性化的管理模式,及时发现并解决学生在思想和行为上存在的问题。探讨互联网环境下的高校学生管理模式优化策略,能够为学生建立与社会经济发展相协调的教学及管理模式,有效利用互联网开展学生管理工作,提高管理效率,提升学生的个人能力和综合素质,促进学生的全面发展。
The research explores the countermeasures of the optimization of student management mode of colleges and universities under internet environment,analyzes the characteristics of college students under internet environment,i.e.the diversification of ideological value concept,new characteristics of life and study style,and unique thinking logic and character traits.Countermeasures of the optimization of student management mode of colleges and universities under the internet environment are proposed,i.e.the application of diversified management form,the improvement of student management efficiency;the establishment of good teacher-student relationship,the strengthening of the communication between teachers and students;the implement of individualized management mode,and the timely finding and solving the problems of the thought and behavior of the students.The optimization strategies of college student management mode under internet environment are explored to establish the teaching and management mode which meets the requirement of social and economic development for students,effectively utilize internet to develop student management,improve management efficiency,improve student individual ability and comprehensive quality,and promote the student comprehensive development.
