摘要
为了调动研究生的科研积极性,提出学业奖学金的改革方案,通过将学术论文等级与奖学金等级进行匹配,激发了研究生勇于探索、不断创新的精神。对比改革后方案实施的数据,验证了新方案的优越性。
In order to mobilize the scientific research enthusiasm of postgraduates,the reform scheme of scholarship is proposed.Postgraduate’s exploration and continuous innovative spirit are motivated through the match of academic paper class with scholarship grade.The data after reform is compared,and the advantages of the new scheme are verified.
