摘要
制造业高质量发展是实现安徽省经济高质量发展的重要保障。通过分析安徽省制造业发展现状,根据高质量发展的内涵,从经济效益、创新驱动、绿色发展、服务保障和信息化水平5个方面构建安徽省制造业高质量发展指标体系,系统分析安徽省整体及各地级市制造业高质量发展水平,得到以下结论:2008—2018年,安徽省整体制造业高质量发展指数呈现在高低交错中逐年提高的趋势,近年来增速有所放缓,呈现“稳中有进、稳中向好”的特征。合肥市、芜湖市、蚌埠市制造业高质量发展平均指数最高且远高于其他地级市;铜陵市、滁州市、马鞍山市、淮南市、亳州市制造业高质量发展指数增速最快。应以有效政策优化制造业发展环境,以创新驱动引领制造业高质量发展,以产业融合促进制造业转型升级,以绿色发展提高制造业发展效益。
High-quality development of manufacturing industry is an important guarantee to realize high-quality economic development of Anhui Province.Based on the development status of manufacturing industry in Anhui Province and the connotation of high-quality develop-ment,this paper constructs a high-quality development index system of manufacturing indus-try in Anhui Province from five aspects,including economic benefit,innovation drive,green development,service guarantee and informatization level.The conclusion is as follows:from 2008 to 2018,the overall high-quality development index of manufacturing industry in Anhui Province showed a trend of increasing year by year in a staggered pattern.In recent years,the growth rate has slowed down,showing the characteristics of"steady progress and im-provement".The average high-quality development index of the manufacturing industry in He-fei,Wuhu and Bengbu is the highest,which is much higher than other cities.The growth rate of the high-quality development index of the manufacturing industry in Tongling,Chu-zhou,Maanshan,Huainan,Bozhou is the fastest.We should optimize the development environ-ment of manufacturing industry with effective policies,lead the high-quality development of manufacturing industry with innovation drive,promote the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry with industrial integration,and improve the development efficien-cy of manufacturing industry with green development.
