摘要
目的总结分析4年来郭淑云教授治疗轻中度溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的中药用药规律。方法提取河南中医药大学第一附属医院门诊HIS系统中UC数据,期间共收录郭淑云教授治疗UC患者的381个诊治处方。运用基于敏感关键词频数统计的网络离散导数算法,针对中药处方进行计算分析。结果在处方中药频数统计上,茯苓、马齿苋、黄芪、仙鹤草、小蓟、藕节、炒山药等用药频次居前;核心中药网络方面,马齿苋-茯苓-黄芪-仙鹤草-小蓟等在组成治疗UC的中药网络最重要;核心药物网络中药量计算,马齿苋31 g,茯苓19 g,黄芪14 g,仙鹤草29 g,小蓟20 g,藕节20g、木香12 g。结论郭淑云教授在治疗轻中度UC方面,常以健脾益气,清化湿热,调气行血为原则,并辅以专方专药。本研究为名中医经验总结提供参考。
Objective To summarize and analyze the medication regularity of Professor GUO Shuyun in treating mild to moderate ulcerative colitis(UC)in the past four years.Methods UC data were extracted from HIS system of the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of traditional Chinese medicine.During this period,381 prescriptions of Professor GUO Shuyun for UC patients were collected.The network discrete derivative algorithm based on frequency statistics of sensitive keywords is used to calculate and analyze the prescription of traditional Chinese medicine.Results In the frequency statistics of traditional Chinese medicine prescription,Poria cocos,Purslane,Astragalus,Agrimonia pilosula,Artichoke,Rhizoma Nelumbinis,Fried yam and so on ranked first;In terms of core TCM network,Purslane-Poria cocos-Astragalus-Agrimoniae-Artichoke is the most important TCM network for UC;According to the core drug network,purslane 31g,Poria cocos 19g,Astragalus 14g,Agrimonia pilosa 29g,Artichoke 20g,Lotus root 20g,Aucklandia 12g.Conclusion In the treatment of mild to moderate UC,Professor GUO Shuyun often takes the principle of invigorating the spleen and replenishing Qi,clearing away dampness and heat,regulating Qi and promoting blood circulation,supplemented by special prescriptions and drugs.This study provides a reference for the experience summary of famous TCM doctors.
