摘要
自动化码头轮胎吊采用锂电池技术与市电技术相结合进行供电,其中自动取电装置是实现转场自动化的关键。在融合取电装置机械手技术、激光纠偏技术、三轴驱动方式、光纤通讯技术基础上,设计一种自动化码头轮胎吊电缆卷盘光电自动换电装置,可有效提高转场效率,减少人力投入,保障取电安全,实现取电自动化。
The rubber tyre crane of automated terminal uses a combination of lithium battery technology and mains power technology for power supply.Among them,the automatic power-taking device is the key to realize the transfer automation.Based on the integration of power-taking device manipulator technology,laser correction technology,three-axis drive mode,and optical fiber communication technology,a photoelectric automatic power exchange device for the automatic terminal tyre crane cable reel is designed,which can effectively improve the transfer efficiency,reduce the manpower input,ensure the safety of power supply,and realize the power supply automation.
