摘要
目的:分析牙周韧带麻醉对于急性牙髓炎的鉴别诊断价值。方法:选取2018年8月-2020年10月诊治的急性牙髓炎患者69例。以随机数字表法分为两组,A组35例予以牙周韧带麻醉诊断;B组34例予以常规方法诊断。对比诊断效果。结果:A组患者的诊断正确率高于B组(P<0.05)。A组患者的上、下颌磨牙定位时间长于B组(P<0.05)。A组患者的疼痛程度低于B组(P<0.05)。结论:牙周韧带麻醉法诊断急性牙髓炎患者的正确率较高,值得推广。
Objective:To analyze the differential diagnosis value of periodontal ligament anesthesia for acute pulpitis.Method:A total of 69 patients with acute pulpitis diagnosed and treated from August 2018 to October 2020 were selected.They were divided into two groups by random number table,35 cases in group A were diagnosed by periodontal ligament anesthesia;34 cases in group B were diagnosed by conventional methods.The diagnostic effect was compared.Result:The diagnosis rate of patients in group A was higher than that in group B (P<0.05).The positioning time of the upper and lower molars in group A were longer than those in group B (P<0.05).The pain degree of group A was lower than that of group B (P<0.05).Conclusion:Periodontal ligament anesthesia for patients with acute pulpitis has a high diagnostic accuracy rate,which is worth popularizing.
