摘要
目的:观察加味补肺汤联合针灸治疗肺虚络瘀型系统性硬皮病的效果及对血清免疫指标、胶原代谢相关因子的影响。方法:选取笔者所在医院2016年7月-2020年12月收治的60例肺虚络瘀型系统性硬皮病患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为两组,每组30例。对照组实施常规治疗,研究组实施加味补肺汤联合针灸治疗。比较两组治疗效果、治疗前后血清免疫指标、胶原代谢相关因子水平。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组免疫指标水平均较治疗前明显升高,且研究组均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组CTGF、TMP-1、TMP-2水平均较治疗前降低,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组MMP-1水平均较治疗前升高,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加味补肺汤联合针灸治疗肺虚络瘀型系统性硬皮病,可明显改善机体血清免疫指标及胶原代谢相关因子水平,提高临床治疗效果。
Objective:To observe the effect of Modified Bufei Decoction combined with acupuncture on systemic scleroderma with lung deficiency and collateral stasis type and the influence on serum immune indexes and collagen metabolism related factors.Method:A total of 60 patients with systemic scleroderma with lung deficiency and collateral stasis type admitted in our hospital from July 2016 to December 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,and the study group received Modified Bufei Decoction combined with acupuncture treatment.The treatment effect,the levels of serum immune indexes and collagen metabolism related factors before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of immune indexes in both groups were significantly higher than before treatment,and the study group was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CTGF,TMP-1 and TMP-2 in both groups were lower than before treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment,MMP-1 levels in both groups were higher than before treatment,and the study group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of systemic scleroderma with lung deficiency and collateral stasis type,Modified Bufei Decoction combined with acupuncture can significantly improve serum immune indexes and collagen metabolism related factors of the body,and improve the clinical treatment effect.
