摘要
工程造价管理是建筑工程管理的重要内容,做好工程造价管理不仅能够避免社会资源浪费,而且还可以有效降低项目成本,最大限度实现工程项目经济效益。因此,从建筑工程设计、施工材料、施工管理等核心环节入手,通过对影响建筑工程造价的各方面因素进行梳理分析,工程项目管理者以及相关工作人员能够藉此制定更具针对性和可操作性的造价管理策略和措施,有效控制工程造价,实现项目效益。
Project cost management is an important part of construction project management.Doing a good job in project cost management can not only avoid the waste of social resources,but also effectively reduce the project cost and maximize the economic benefits of the project.Therefore,from construction engineering design,construction materials to construction management,with analyzing the various influence factors of construction engineering cost,project managers and related personal can develop more targeted and operable strategies and measures on cost management,so as to effectively reduce the project costs and increase the project benefits.
