摘要
设计管理是建设项目管理中的重要组成部分,也是建设项目建设过程中预控管理的关键环节。文章在房地产开发实践的基础上,通过实际项目阐述了项目设计管理在房地产开发中的应用及思考,并引申出设计管理对项目报批审查、设计变更、公司营销部门、控制房地产成本造价等方面内容,浅析了设计管理在房地产住宅开发项目中的重要作用。
