摘要
微生物油脂是利用产油微生物发酵生产的一类特殊油脂,是多不饱和脂肪酸和营养素的重要来源。油脂提取能耗大、成本高,是影响微生物油脂工业化生产的重要原因。本文综述了近年来微生物油脂生产过程中菌体预处理及油脂提取的主要方法及其特点。菌体预处理方法主要有物理法、化学法、酶解法,油脂提取方法主要有传统溶剂萃取法、临界流体萃取法、吸附法,需根据不同微生物特性选取合适的方法。
Microbial oil,coming from microorganism,has been widely known as an essential source of polyunsaturated fatty acids and health-promoting nutrients.However,the extraction method of microbial oil is energy-intensive and high-cost.In this review,the pretreatment and extraction methods for microbial oil production were summarized.Physical,chemical and biological methods were three main pretreatment technologies.In addition,conventional solvent extraction,critical fluid extraction and adsorption were three common extraction methods.Given a variety of methods,the appropriate methods could be selected according to the microbial characteristics.
