摘要
改善饲料的吸收效率一直是动物营养的研究方向。挤压加工是淀粉改性的一种方式,对能量饲料进行挤压处理可提高淀粉能源利用率。本文就工艺参数对挤压淀粉的结构组成和可消化性的影响做一综述,为能量饲料的生产及其在动物生产中的应用提供参考。
Ameliorating the absorption efficiency of feed has always been the research direction of animal nutrition.Extrusion is a way of starch modification,and the energy efficiency of starch can be improved by extruding energy feed.In this paper,the effects of technological parameters on the structure and digestibility of extruded starch were reviewed,which provides reference for the processing of energy feed and the production of animal breeding industry.
